Isaac McKneely

I’m Isaac McKneely, also known as IMac, and I’m proud to say I’ll always be a Poca Dot for life. Growing up in Poca, West Virginia, where everyone knows everyone, shaped me into who I am today. I started playing basketball when I was just three years old, and it’s been a huge part of my life ever since.

I’m blessed with great parents and a supportive community, and God has blessed me with more than I can count. My faith plays a big role in my life, both on and off the court—I pray before every game and participate in Bible study with my team. Balancing confidence with humility is key to being a basketball player, and I strive to live that balance every day.

I’m known for my 3-point shot, but what matters most to me are my family, my faith, and being a Wahoo. I’m grateful for the Lord, my family, my friends, my teammates, and the chance to see another day. I truly believe you have to be thankful for the position you’re in.

I’ll never play basketball again without my arch supports from The Good Feet Store—they’ve made all the difference for me. I’m also excited to be a Character First Athlete because it gives me the chance to get out in the community, give back, and continue to better myself and those around me.
